Salmo g. River Nutrients Registered: 03/08/99 Posts: 13526	IFQs have positive benefits for commercial fisheries, but as far as I know, the concept totally ignores recreational fishing. The AK proposal to reduce sport halibut limits in a good indication, even tho sport halibut catch is a small fraction of the total harvest. Sg
