You don't think 11 ounces in a reel isn't a big difference?

As I said, those that use something on the lines of a Revo STX are gonna be mortified at the physical size and weight of a 50. That's an 18 ounce difference!

Those that are already used to fishing with a lead brick on their rod (5500 or 6500) will feel right at home with this new lead brick....
