The most blatant abusers of the cell phone I've seen have been Prius drivers with Obama bumperstickers. They also tend to simultaneously slather on the eye makeup, all at 75 MPH going lane to lane.

The ones I really like though are the newspaper readers. That's a real special talent they have...
