No leaks... I sealed the roof last summer with snowseal. As for rot.. Well there WAS some of that in one of the corners.. I rebuilt that corner with new material. I then took the other 3 corners and put 16 gauge metal in the corners under the aluminum skin to re-inforce all the corners where the jacks mount....

This camper should be ready to go..... As for negotiable... well we can talk... Remember it comes with stake pocket tie downs that could cost $150 new. Also the solenoid to hook up the charging system of your truck to the camper. In addition, I'm giving the sawhorses away so you won't even need to build anything to set the camper on.


Kyle... The weight... I havn't noticed a weight on any of the tags. I would estimate it at about 1800-2000 lbs. I had it on my 3/4 ton p/u and it handled it fine. I'll look when I get home tonight to see if there is a weight.
