Looks like I'm gonna live forever. Could never stand cigarettes, don't drink anymore (and haven't for 7+ years), diet is dialed in, and I am training/working out daily.

One thing that I've done recently (for the past 10 weeks) is to cut all sugar and artificial sweeteners. That was a tough one for me but now I feel so much better. No mid afternoon sugar crash, sleep better, lost some of my gut, and now I don't miss it at all.

The average person consumes 200g of sugar daily and before I changed my eating habits I was probably double that. Now I'm at 15g or less/day and it has really made a difference.
