You might check out FF outfits at Outdoor Emporium, they have some reasonably priced outfits. Plus their flies are $.75 each, Cabelas also has some.
Chronies are small larvae fond in lakes / ponds. Normally fished below a strike indicator (bobber). Depth can vary from a foot or two to over 15', fished on a floating line.
