This one goes to the Department Brainchild who originated that June 1 opener
for "STREAM TROUT" on every major Salmon and Steelhead River in the State.
Gives unknowing baiters and lure fishermen a chance to get their BARBED hooks
in the water and grade through thousands of salmon and steelhead smolts killing
most looking for that "Phantom 12" Stream Trout." that does not exist untill the few
remaining cutts come in in September. Sold them smolts out for a few extra liscence
sales I'm sure.
Suggest you sacrifice this guy to the Puget Sound Salmon Fisherman and Steelheaders
Oh, and throw in the Gov. too for giving the big Salmon to the Commercials in exchange
for camopaign ??$$??. They'll eat em alive like a pack of Hungry Wolves.
