You're right JerryT there are lotsa stream critters to imitate with flies and
it works better than bait in most cases. But my point is there ARE NO TROUT
in the lower reaches of these streams in summer. Those are ALL rearing salmon
and Steelhead. If you gotta stream fish. fish upper reaches above dams or
fish barrier falls. Trouters are helping kill off the Salmon/Steelhead runs and
that's bad JU JU.
