I had some General Ameritrac highway tires on my 02 F-150 crew and replaced them , two at a time, around 40-50K. Got punctures quite frequently on the gravel road up the gorge past Moonshine. Last summer I was at 94K with about 4/16 tread and got another puncture. Had to put on the spare and head down to Schwab in Toledo to get a spare tire. The old one was toast.

I found some General Grabber AT2's for $116 each at www.discounttires.com. The shipping was only like $70, out of LA, and got them installed for $50. Good for the price about $600. Was going to get them at Sears but they were back ordered. I checked Schwab, Costco, Goodyear and they want too much as it would have cost $800-$1000 for a set of all terrains. The review on the Grabber AT-2 are good.
