Discuss away...just don't call the judge an "activist judge who legislates from the bench" when you don't agree, and shout the ruling from the rooftops when you do agree, when the only difference between what the two judges did...is nothing, except you agree with one, and not with the other.

OK, I did a search on "activist judges". Looks to me like virtually every thread with a reference to "activist judges" was started by Todd or his friends, and Todd seems to be the primary commenter about activist judges. I can't seem to find a thread started by a so-called rwwj that is railing against activist judges.
