So what's the deal with Lake Cushman these days? Is there any place on the lake where the general public can launch a boat right now?

I know the Lake Cushman Resort (formerly a state park) usually allows launching for a fee, but their website says the launch will be closed this season due to the lake being lowered for dam repairs.

Any ideas?
