I'll go one step farther. Take several garbage bags to Blue Creek. After you're done fishing pull out the bags and as you begin to clean up the mess offer garbage bags to others. Of course you'll get some blank stares and people laughing at you, but I'm willing to bet a few will take those bags and next thing you know 3-4 guys will be cleaning up. As soon as a few are cleaning the ones that laughed will shut up and a few more may help. Before you know it, the area is a lot cleaner then when you started. Sometimes all it takes is for someone to lead by example and give others the tools (in this case garbage bags) to succeed. The hard part isn't picking up the garbage it's having the courage to start the ball rolling. Good luck!
