Arklier Returning Adult Registered: 05/30/01 Posts: 400	No, it's the second edition of this book: Washington Fishing book at Amazon This one shows the 4th edition, which as far as I can tell is only an update. It has directions to, info on, and species listings for just about every stream, lake, river and pond in the state. It's just shy of 500 pages.
