a lot has happened since the last post on this thread, not all good it appears

you asked that i let you know what happened with the county so here it is albeit 18 months later

the county ended up requiring a 550 sq ft pit filled with 18 inches of gravel and topped with 6 inches of top soil because the soil analysis came back at 94% sand and 6% silt/clay

they signed off 2 weeks ago so i'm smiling now
