Tipping fishing guides should be appreciated, not expected, nor automatically given. When/if applicable, it should be based on performance, not merely a standard rate.

I'm still waiting to see someone draw a clear, distinct line between what professions/jobs warrant tipping and which ones don't, and how/why those conclusions are drawn.
