Maybe women should pay for their own prevention along with men, instead of increasing the cost of insurance to everyone. Washington has mental heatlh requirements now, which drives up the cost of insurance to those who dont need it. The cost of the service goes up, when the market forces are absent. Whats next, plastic surgery?

I know a drug addict that is on social security disability. Early 50's weighs 400 pounds, because he wont stop eating. He was going to get his stomach reduced. Paid by the government the cost of said surgery was going to be 25,000 dollars. When will bleeding hearts demand personal responsibility from anyone? Remember the outrage on here regarding mandatory drug testing for those on the public dole. This wonderful human being has cost the taxpayers in the hundreds of thousands of dollars for medical care over the last few years, all due to his behavior that he will not change. That money cannot be appropriated to veterans or other services. Instead of saying buck up, they just borrow more money.
