He has absolute freedom of speech...but like I said, saying whatever you want doesn't mean there aren't consequences to what you say.

Go into your boss's office and tell him his mother fukks donkies and you want to schit on his head, and see how your free speech works out for you.

No one can stop you from doing it...but there will be consequences for it.
