Yes it is NOF LB.
Here is what the non treaty commercials put up.
First let me give you what the NT Gill netters put forward.
HUMPTULIPS... proposed by GNer's

August...Thursday 16th,, Sunday 19th, Wednesday 22nd, Sunday 26th, Wednesday 29th,
September.... Wednesday 5th, Sunday 9th, Wednesday 12th.
October... 1st through 5th, five days, 24 hour fisheries. Monday - Friday

CHEHALIS.... Proposed by GNer's... All are release, through live boxes, all wild Chinook, and Chum tossed back, not through live boxes.
October.... 1st through 4th, daylight hours only.. 10 hour fisheries. 4 days.
8th through 11th, daylight hours only..10 hour fisheries. 4 days.
15th and 16th. daylight hours only, 10 hours fisheries.. 2 days.
What I see here is at least 20 days with zero net free days on the Chehalis side, including the bay. with what the Tribal fishers will be fishing..not known yet.
November... 4 days during the week of 6th - 10th. daylight hours only, 10 hour fisheries. 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th..
4 days during the week of 12th - 15th. daylight hours only, 10 hour fisheries. 12th, 13th, 14th, and 15th.
I will assume they will be utilizing Coho size mesh nets. as they are willing to release wild Chinook, and Chum. They intend to take Marked Chinook in these fisheries.
