Good shoot'n. Treat that teal as if its all you got. The goose is another story. It may taste a little less good to you. If you or the family member who does most of the cooking don't want to cook it all at once you might try this: Stir fry like chinese with a lot of sauce of some kind. Another way that it isn't as bad as it can be is to wrap stips of the "steak" around some canned halopeno pepper then wrap a big strip of bacon around that and run a toothpick through this round
ball. Cook on the BBQ until the bacon is done. It isn't bad at all. The halopeno changes the taste of all waterfowl. In the case of goose it changes from "shoe leather liver" to pretty good table fare. Again, good shoot'n and congrates.

P.S. The thinner the strips the better. If you fix the next duck this way you will love it as its almost like eating beef. wink
