The teal and goose are both in a marinade right now... tomorrow i will probably cook up a bunch of goose strips with bacon (that bacon grease is a real plus), and that teal... he can be my appetizer laugh

I love my teal, but they fly so fast!!

It was really horrible... Four widgeons go over, miss two shots. A mallard goes over, miss it. A teal comes zooming past, i lay the bead on it as its about 50 feet away, NAILED IT.

The goose we had to stalk for about an hour, then we finally tethered the boat about twenty feet away. He got up and got about twenty feet before he fell dead into the water. This is actually my first goose ever.... He'll taste good no matter the recipe.

Thanks for your recipe though, I think I'll have to try that out sometime.
