went last weekend seen three bears. they were pretty small not shooters. the biggest was about 150 pounds.last year my hunting partner and i seen eleven bears and ended up shooting two bears last year in the area where we hunt. i love my 338 win mag for bear one shot one kill very nice.well good luck bear hunting silver killer hope you get a big one
