i said no for a reason, and honestly it didnt have anything to do with legality... but i highly doubt that they carry a cash register on their boats...

yes, you can buy from tribal fisherman, if you have a signed reciept, with tribe affiliation, address, phone number, date caught, amount of fish bought, ect ect ect, its right in the regs...

BUT

why would you want to help out the netters? if you buy fish from tribal netters than you cannot complain about them netting off the entire river killing off fish runs, because you are supporting them by purchasing their fish... that includes buying eggs from them... my "no" answer, was a moral answer... dont buy net caught fish...
