yes its fully legal, and i dont think there is really anything the WDFW could do about it regardless... you on the other hand, different story, especially if you dont have documentation...

the Mucks are a different breed for sure, ive fished around them for years, and usually its not much fun to be around it... the Puyallups are almost as bad, just not quite there yet.. the Nisqually on the other hand, dont seem to be as bad, but i havent been around them as much, but from what ive seen, they are far more professional, and curtious...

the Puyallup tribe sells their fish on the side of the road, there are also signs up here on South Hill that are 3-5 miles from the river, i have seen piles of Pinks on Canyon Road 5+ miles from the river, and by piles, i mean hundreds if not thousands of pounds of fish... ive watched both the Puyallup and Muckleshoot tribes pull nets, and throw several (30-50+ in some cases) dead fish back, and keep the 6 that were alive...

the nets gotta stop, especially the clusterphuck on the Duwamish...
