Me and a buddy drew landowner tags for my grandpas ranch in eastern Mt. In late august a fire burned most of his ranch. We almost cancelled the trip but he assured us the deer were still around. We got to the ranch sunday night and tom had his 5x5 by 9am monday. It was below zero the next day and the deer werent very active. I did pass up a couple 4 points and smaller 5 by 5's before i shot mine at 11am our second day
