There is no Steelhead and Salmon fishing above the dam on the White River. The dam took care of that!!!!!! Oh, I forgot plus the diversion of water for Lake Tapps!!!!!!! The White was once a great Spring Salmon river. Another river lost to dams and diversions!!!!!!! The White was also diverted from the Green River, a little trivia. Sorry I could not help.
