Brian I have fished it just below the greenwater and just above the mud mountain dum. I prefer just above the pool that forms above the dam. It is a long hike down into there, But the dollies go up to 6,7 lbs.
I have mainly fished it in the summer months when the water wasn't so high. Read the reg's though I think it is catch and release for the dollies. And yes the bigger the bait the bigger the fish. Due to the dirty water.
