Hey duck what does 50% of harvestable numbers mean? Seems like it would mean "plenty of fish to come back and replenish the run" seems like if we knew those numbers we wouldnt be in this mess in the first place. Problem is we cant figure it out man it's quantum physics my man you cant do it.
