I am a fairly even keeled guy, but the comcast center in Tacoma just about had me over the counter and choking someone. I had a bundled package for $79.00 I got over the phone from a salesperson. I never was given a expiration date, but after about 15 months the bill jumped. I went down, talked to a service person and was given a new discounted rate of $109.00 The first bill came it was at $119.00, so back down I go and talk it over. I decided I did not need the high speed internet and so we got the rate back down to $109.00 Next bill two bcomes in at $159.00 Since I can never get anyone on the phone who knows any thing, I head back down again. The idiot behind the counter tells me I got a great rate and it should be $189.00 No, I say, I am supposed to pay $109.00 She looks at me and says, "well, cables a luxery, if you can't afford it, I will cancel it." I again told her, no, I want the rate I was promised. Agian she berates me and says it is impossible. Really, look at last months bill! Agian, she looks at me and says demeaning, "well If you are too poor to pay the right rate, you don't need it."
Luckly a supervisor came over and in 2 minutes I was on my way with the right billing. I was about as close as I ever have been from going postal.
