All I use now is Nanofil. Most of the braids including Power pro are to limp and I don't like to use heavy braid to overcome it. Nanofil has more body so it does not tip wrap and even the lightest 12 lb nanofil will float high and mend easy. Another plus is that in the winter it resists freezing. The water falls off of it before it can get to your guides. Pretty cool plus!

The only downside is you cannot use it on a casting reel. I have not tried it personally but it might be because it flys off the reel so fast that braking systems on baitcasters cannot keep up. I do use it on my centerpin reel and its awesome!
