Based on the same evidence, in that scenario I would say that he was railroaded. If you recall, before the verdict was announced, I predicted acquittal based on the evidence presented at the trial and my watching of the trial. If the evidence was different, my opinion would of course be different. If the evidence proved what the media alleged, I'd like to see him in jail, the problem is, it didn't.
