Probably some blockage. Nards are gonna swell up to the size of a watermelon and probably be in excruciating pain for a few days until the blockage goes away.

I recommend a lot of ice, pain killers, and some time in the bed watching some Netflix movies for the next couple of days.

Oh, and expect some pain the first time you get your nutt. Won't hurt too bad, but it's not going to feel all that great either.
