3 Probs As I See It

Prob 1. Too many people want to be fishing heros online and play guide

Prob 2. Too many people want to be fishing heros in real life and play guide

Prob 3. Too many people want to be guide in real life

Solution. Dont be a guide. Don't post much of this stuff at all. Keep a low profile.

Believe me it is more fun. This is how I mostly roll and it is nice and drama free with the exception of some rare crazy [Bleeeeep!] that I just have to chalk up to the crazy passion in fisher folks.

However, I have said this online before and people thought I was crazy. Everywhere I fish, I get followed on a pretty regular basis. These people don't know who I am, they just know I am going fishing, pull over and follow me to the river to learn a new spot to fish. And it isn't like I am hanging out by the road, people just know a fishing pullout/rig when they are looking for one. There are a lot of fish hungry people out there nowadays metaphorically and literally.

I was exploring on the OP on a logging road deep in the woods and had a truck follow me for way too long and ultimately I parked to hike in trailess. After I hiked a mile into woods and realized it was a waste of time I turned back and met this guy following me. The dude was super clueless and I am pretty sure he thought he was going to learn a new super zipper lip because he seemed embarrassed. Lol it was weird. But I was pretty irked at the strangeness of it all.

I have only been seriously fishing for 15 years and I just see more and more people out there. The internet isn't the only thing to blame and neither are guides and neither are the mags. We all got chrome fever real bad from the Creator as far as I can tell.

That is how The Hater sees it.
