Gotta' agree with "obsessed" on this one Joe,
only suggestion I have is on paint. Two toned for different water and definately use that vinyl paint. It remains almost elastic and doesn't flake off like others I've seen.
Also try to stay away from chartreuse as a main color, its OK in low light conditions but clients cant see it in the sun and neither can the color blind.
Hope you plan on using a really tight closed cell foam simalar to the Canadian dinks.
