Try Fisherman's Marine and Outdoor in Portland 1-800-718-2628. They sell the 3/8" RAG foam for 3ft/$1.99. If they are out ask for Mike Codino and tell him to get Kelly Reickner to order more. If that is not fast enough try Chris V at 1-503-335-3849. Chris also will part with the foam for 3ft/$1.99, but shipping in unknown. Chris can get 1/2" too but it is more $ and would take some time to get. The foam comes in diameters up to about 3 inches, I have some 3/4", 1", and 1.5" for floats.
