Thats sad to hear. I was stationed at FT. Lewis WA in the late 70's 2/75 RANGERS. We spent a lot of time around that river on our days off, and did some training there every now and again. That was also the first place I ever saw a gill net. Its been a long time since I heard the town of Roy mentioned. Sort of sends me down memory lane.
