Thanks for the great info though, I will use it for a hand out this September for the Coho season!

The big items that I would try to teach is the importance of keeping the spinner down and how to maintain optimum blade RPM.
Not easy for the n00b to master but once they do, it's game on.

Even if they can't do those things efficiently, some aggressive fish will charge up to engage the whirling intruder.
