Im assuming the slow fishing you are experiencing is from a plant of just 60k smolts if I read wdfw site correctly?? If the Nooch doesn't have a large run of wild fish and your fishing is dependent upon the return of 60k everyone could be in for a long season, especially on the lower end where the fish don't stage or hold up.
