I was there Friday, May 19th. The river is in excellent shape. I fished from the deadline down to painted rock. I caught two steelhead several holes below the deadline on sand shrimp 10 feet under a float. Down below that, I saw one guy carrying a springer of about 12 pounds, he was drift fishing with corky and sand shrimp. I also tried down below the red barn, but had no bites and saw nothing there. Lots of anglers and some fish, but not terribly many.
