hey andy.
i do understand what you are trying to say. as i responded to fishslayer the other day. there are places to be a knucklehead, but not here and not now.
i got on this board only a short time ago and i have seen many changes. the reel truth does not come on only to make corrections of some one lame idea, which is good, but hey, before he renamed himself, he was on all the time. i appreciated his comments and knowlegde he put out.
there are good people still here, dan s. still post, mostly i see him answering someone s questions or giving useful hints. snagly is always on line, even from far away. osprey, bruce, as i see it have all been here a whole lot longer and they post up or report back on others post.
yeh, ther are alot of new younger people, most of them a little like you except some of them need to grow up and be more mature in their words and actions.
but do not condemn us all, even i have posted a couple of lame questions. if you look back when i first posted a thread, it was about the indians netting the mouth of clarks creek, bank to bank. i was not very mature with my response and or how i worded by critiziam of these practices.
i have learned from reading even the good, bad and ugly post.
yeh, i to have told people if you do not like what is said, do not rear it. guess what, i still rear ever line, even if i do not like it. i may or may not respond, it just depends on how much bull needs to be cleaned out.
i do not know about anyone else but myself, but andy, i think you are our future, being am over 50 now and don't plan on going into politic's as a profession to take the stress out of my work life.
i ask all that post here to relize that there are places to go on the internet and you can do what you want. we want to talk and learn about fishing and the practices that hpoefully will make it avaialble to my grand-son and your childred, when you have them.
