I've owned a pair of Hodgman "Lakestream" wading boots and my wife has a pair of the "Bantam Weights". I use mine up to 40 times a year and she gets out about 15 times a year. These boots fit well and have held up very well. The last pair I had I got from Cacela's and they only lasted 1&1/2 years. I'm on the forth year with the hodgeman's and are only now looking like they will have to have new soles put on then this winter. Look at Fred Meyers or Sportco. Prices run from around $40-$55 or so. As a side I primarily fish out of a drift boat about half of the time.
