Yep! Comcast raised my cable rate 59% in the last two mos. All without warning. Last week, I went to a customer service center and complained. Walked out with a much better rate for the same service. Probably didn't hurt to show the customer service rep all the Direct TV discount offers I've received lately. If you're unhappy with Comcast, you are not alone:
