Beezy - I'd say its a little bit of both. If his weapon is that important to him and he wasn't trying to get a reaction, he'd conceal carry. As for the other folks that get nervous, they need to chill and quit being such pansies. It's not the guy with a visible gun on his hip that you have to worry about. Criminals don't usually advertise that they are criminals. Also, this situation depends greatly on where you live. Out here in the politically correct, overly vaginized PNW, its a problem to most. In parts of Wyoming, Montana et. al. you get strange looks if you DON'T have a wheel gun on your hip.
