That was me. I read Rich's first post in this thread in the morning, I had also noticed that he had mentioned the 13th amendment in a different thread so I did a little research on the subject and went to the Dark Side to post my findings but the thread was not there, I didn't realize that his 13th amendment thread was on the fishing board. I found the topic interesting so I linked a couple of views on the topic. Here they are.
