They killed a sh!t ton of unfriendly Sand People and not a single camel, sheep or goat was injured.

M249 (SAW) and a grenade launcher were their heaviest weapons and the Sand People had RPG, 82mm mortar and 12.7×108mm heavy machine guns (technicals).
It was a present-day Alamo only with a better outcome.

If only they had an AC-130 Spectre gunship on standby...
