Hello to all.
After 16 years of use I am needing to upgrade my gas smoker as it is worn out.
I am looking for recommendations,
ie favorite brands that you use

I do not want to take a step back to charcoal and the mess that goes with them.
I do not have any experience with electric versions,
or puck dispensing types so any advise or pros/cons would be appreciated.
I smoke various meats of different sizes such as Chicken, Turkey, Beef roasts, and of course Fish.
I have a max $500 towards the purchase so take that into consideration.
