steelhead addict Juvenille at Sea Registered: 01/14/00 Posts: 223 Loc: ridgefield WA 98642	I have heard that the netting going on in the Columbia is slowing down the fishing everywhere upstream ( dont know if it's true, but sounds like an explanation to me )
