my friend sold his almost 700 HP STI and bought a P90D... very fast car, high 10 low 11 quarters depending on who is driving....

now on to the racing part....

why would i race a car capable of high 11 second quarters, when mine does 14.5? it would be like you racing me in your Mazda, you would get smoked....

the 99 STS wasnt built as a drag car, the 05 and the CTS-V versions are far faster off the line, its from 30-100 where the 99 shines, and past 100... 1st gear is nearly worthless... i guess i could turn off the TC but then you launch from second... i may have Jake at Northstar Performance send me a tuned PCM, i can get another 45-50 HP and he can flash it so that it deletes the launch in second after the TC is disengaged.... not cheap but not super expensive... i may just save it tho and use it towards another car this summer... hoping to buy 2 more, a Tahoe, and then something to make people complain about....

the P100D is fast as hell too, its Ludicrous mode tho, not insane mode.... this dude gutted his, only saved a few hundred pounds, but you can see what its capable of... FYI, those are blown mustangs with NOS, and a twin turbo GTR....




my friend was paying 1600 dollars a month for his P90, pretty expensive as well....
