Carcassman River Nutrients Registered: 11/21/07 Posts: 7764 Loc: Olema,California,Planet Earth	I think Tacoma, who previously owned the Cushman Ramp, gave it to the Tribe's as part of the most recent agreement on the Cushman Dams relicensing.
