I'm going to be over at Suquamish this weekend and wondering if anyone has recommendations for a beach spot to try for coho in the general area. Any suggestions?

PMs welcome

Old Man House State Park in Suqamish if you are looking for a coho beach.

Good spot to target coho returning to the net pens just south of the Agate Pass bridge.

There is also the Pt. White pier on Bainbridge. Friendly locals casting herring. Lures are very frowned upon. Not a low tide spot.

If you went I hope you didn't get blown off the beach! In consideration of weather predictions and advanced age I elected to not launch the boat. Good thing as it was pushing close to 30 MPH shortly after lunch but I did try off the beach before the peak. Even then every cast was a curve ball. One good take down but no fish.

Of the few fish caught most were wild silvers; even the Tulalip gillnetter wasn't finding them.
