As and old guy I am not app crazy. That said I imagine it will work OK but I will be willing to bet it will have a bump or two down the road.

Especially if someone is willing to take them to court. From experience, they'll bluff as long as possible. I have seen too many citations for illegal fishing tossed due to improper notice.

I'm gonna' stick with my hard copy license and catch record card. And the regs, I'm never really sure what they are these days. I kinda' go with the flow and assume that's legal.
